At 6pm we are booked in to have our pic taken for the loughborough echo, so i decided to run to the location (mickeys house) via the back way to quorn, then up A6 towards bush road, had me picture done then ran back home, worked out 9.3 miles ish, steady as really,
Now then i have developed my 1st injury. my left running trainer keeps catching my right inside ankle, and cutting it, gods knows why I'm doing this, and it hurts, also once again the 1st mile is a killer, hard to get into action and the breathing is difficult,
still enjoying getting out there but the cold has came, Baltic!!!!!!!!!!
keep Ur eyes out in lough echo for our mug shot

12 miles done
last night i planned a monster route around charnwood, but would decide if i will do it or not when i got up, after oversleeping i decided i would do it, sod it why not, lol,
opened the front door and it was Baltic out there, ran the 1st mile struggling like mad, but once i had settled down and stop breathing like a rapest at the playboy mansion, i was fine, headed the back route to quorn via woodthorpe, around quorn up Leicester road to bugdens roundabout did a lonely lap round that, then back down towards school lane, barrow roundabout, Farley way, back up A6004 to lough, now this is where it hit me, but i mastered on over park round, beacon round roundabouts up to forest road, left there all the way up to valley road, back toward Shelly,
totally 12.05 miles in 1hr 29 Min's, i was rather pleased with myself as this is nearly a half marathon.
days rest tomoz, looking forward to it, i could of gone further, but i found out 2 things, time ain't important, and u go through stages in the run, where it hurts or its comfortable, 3 words i tell myself GET THROUGH IT!!!!!!!!!!

1st run being blogged
woke up after nights felt fine, so i decided to plan my run in my head, text burf and craig to see if they fancied it, but nope, so i was on me jacks, decided to run up to the jubilee woods, up near outwoods farm, through nanpanton sports ground,
spent hours (2 mins) stretching, put my leggins on (very sexy feel around the crotch area) and set off, via the hunters moon (tempting to nip in) up to the new estate, through that onto park road, arond to nanpanton sports, where i could see the climb upto the woods, bloody hell i managed to get up but needed a well earned stretch (rest), but picked my self up again, carried through thre woods, scared stiff and onto woodhouse lane up to the priory and down forest road, loved going down that slope, loved it, back the way i came to home,
now this was a tough run, and my legs were hurting on way back, but i need to cut it out of my head and get through it,
roughly 7.25 miles took 55 mins with a stop, steady,
thanks x
