as we are in the cold month of December and the festive season is upon us, i have decided that i will just keep ticking over with a 5-7 mile run everyday with a days rest somewhere,
condition are very very cold and if you don't move Ur face while your running it could set and make you look very silly, lol,
nothing much to report really, but i will wish everyone a
very happy Christmas and a lovely new year x

ice skate run
the heavy snow has now turned into slippy ice, making things very difficult, especially during my 1st mile when i lost my footing, but somehow managed to keep my feet, phew, 1st i laughed and then secondly i checked around for preying eyes, lol
only completed 5 miles, as its still dangerous out there, i am dying to get a massive run in, fingers crossed the conditions improve,
oh yeah before i forget, i did manage to whack my arm on someones metal fence, due to me trying to stick to the dry bits of the path, it was one of those moments, where u want to punch something in anger, but i kept my cool,
peace out

snow in hell
after over a week of heavy snow, i decided on a weekend off from footie to risk it, sniffed out the best gripped trainers i got, and went for it,
after the 1st mile i decided that this is impossible and took a detoure to head back to home, every step was slipping, so now i have decided that snow is the worse conditions to try to run in, bring on the wind,
only managed 4 miles, which took forever, but i did manage to over take a tall runner type of bloke, even though i was knackered when i sprinted past him, lol
by the way, who reads these blogs, leave a comment with Ur name, ill start making them funny if Ive got a massive following, lol, x
