sunday village run

after calling time on my Sunday football days, i now have more time for my runs, me and mickey both decided that a big one was required and we both set records for our longest runs, with not really bothering with the time,

started in lough, back route to quorn, through quorn in sorrell, Sharp left towards sileby up slash very wet lane, back into barrow, through into quorn back into lough, all at a so called Sunday pace, felt great as i had plenty left in the tank for more miles, mickey clocked in 11 and a half miles while i managed over a half marathon at 13.25 miles,  both were quite pleased with our efforts, check out our route here

with 12 weeks to go, and the silverstone race 1st up, there will be plenty more runs to talk about, started to really enjoy the runs and all this was against a battling strong wind,
