2 week off, im back

cant believe i have had 2 weeks off from running, well 13 days in total really, never mind, i got myself back into it with a hard 10 miles around loughborough, and i mean hard, had to stop as i ached all over, but managed to make it back home,

now the weather is getting worse, timing of my runs is important, i don't mind the rain, or cold, but i hate the wind,

i also listened to music for the 1st time, but i don't think love songs is the answer, so i will have to get some dance tunes on my phone, to get me along,

hopefully planning a 6-8 miler for tomoz,

cheers

fair night rout

dark dark nights these days, restricting myself and burf to the streets only, decided on a decent run, against strong winds,  ended up doing 8.5 miles, around loughborough missing the center of town as the pikeys are about on fair night,

Half way round, my running partner needed a poo, really bad, so we headed to benos garage as one of the lads always works late, but to my laughter and burfs heartbreak, it was shut early, lol, but all credit to the big man, he made it round and put in a record time up my stairs to the awaiting bathroom,

keywords for tonight, dark, very windy, and go bog before u go out,

footie training barrow run

nothing major tonight, prob only 3 miles in total, with the football lads,

started with a little run around barrow then did 10 hill sprints, up near the railway line. another little jog, some cone work then back,

bloody cold, but i did manage to give my Adidas hat a debut, did the job great even though i looked stupid, hahahaa

strong windy run

my close friend Gail force ran with me tonight, making things much harder than normal, now the wind ruins football and i have decided now that it ruins running to,

decided on a road only run to use the street lighting as it was pitch black, managed 7 miles in a time of 47 minutes, which ain't bad, quite pleased

half way through the run i needed to pass wind aka fart, but while Ur running u cant really push to hard, so i had to save up till i got home, i could feel my stomach all the way round,  probably should not of eaten a full dinner before my run..................... lesson learnt,

quick run

since i aint been for over a week, due to footie, i decided that a simple 4 mile run would do, nothing major, nice a easy, but will be planning a beast of a run for thursday,

only ran to quorn rounabout, turned back into lough, upto southfields park, through there then back up to shelly, now when i got up to shelly, at the traffic lights, i had to stop due to bloody cars, as i waited i was shocked when i looked up and saw a tank of a rodent rat, running towards a bush, it was massive, lol,

the conditions of the run were quite warm and wet, i like it like that,
